That's a pretty calendar! Hope you enjoy all your library books. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Melody!
DeleteNext up on my list to eat are macaroni cheese, cajun chicken with rice, and bourbon pulled beef with cheesy mash potatoes! I am buying in my winter supplies of chocolate and Twinkies!
ReplyDeleteI love mac 'n cheese...and you've gotta have Twinkies! :D
DeleteI've had one of those Reading Woman calendar books several years ago and have cut most of the pictures from it to use on postcards! Eager to hear about the Cal Leandros series. :) I haven't heard of it and may need to check it out!
ReplyDeleteI've been enjoying the Cal Leandros series. I really liked the first one and while not every book that follows is as good, I'm still reading the series. :)
DeleteI’ve never read an Agatha Christie book before but last night I went and saw the movie Murder on the Orient Express. Is that detective in several of her books? I need to finish the Cal Leandros series.
ReplyDeleteHercule Poirot is one of her main detectives; I actually like the book version of him better than all the TV and movie versions I've seen. :)
DeleteEnjoy your holidays and the lovely books you have listed!
ReplyDeleteThanks! I hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving, too!
DeleteShrimp salad? Sounds interesting. We're going to my husband's aunt's house and she always makes pomegranate salad for Thanksgiving.
ReplyDeleteThat calendar is so pretty! I might have to talk Santa Claus into getting me one :)
Definitely ask for the calendar for Christmas! And sometime you'll have to give me the recipe for pomegranate salad...it sounds yummy! :)
DeleteThat is a wonderful calendar. I haven't bought it in a while and I should have kept the old one just for the pictures alone. Like the sound of the jello you are making. You'll have to post a picture!
ReplyDeleteIt's my favorite jello salad because it has raspberries AND cream cheese in it. :)
DeleteSounds like you have a great Thanksgiving planned. :-) I am still not sure what we'll be eating. We usually go out for Thanksgiving. What a great calendar! As I was going through my shelves, I found a copy of Nightlife by Rob Thurman. I hope you enjoy Blackout! Have a great Thanksgiving, Lark!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Wendy! I hope you have a great Thanksgiving, too. :)
