It's so ironic that the man who could write that could also hold men, women, and children in chattel slavery. I have hope that we are becoming a country that fully lives up the the ideals set forth in the Declaration of Independence. May you have a very happy 4th of July!
Happy belated 4th of July. Did you do anything special to celebrate We found a free viewing spot and watched fireworks put on my the Chamber of Commerce in our town. It felt good to be patriotic for a minute. Thanks for visiting my blog.
