  1. This is a lovely painting! I love the dreamy look in her eyes - I'm sure I look like that when I lift my eyes from a book I'm all caught up in. And, of course, Austen is on point!

  4. That's a beautiful painting. It reminds me a lot of the type of painting my wife has chosen to hang over the years...lots of children from that era, etc. My favorite paintings are always those that make me tell myself some kind of story about what I see.
