Funny ... or sad. You decide.

(You can find this tee at Hottrendshirts.)

Can 2020 please be over now? 'Cause I've had enough.

  1. Even as an introvert, I'm tired of being cooped up in my house. Sadly, I think we will be doing this for most of 2021 as well.

    1. I think you're right. Which makes me sad. At least we can all commiserate together! :)

  2. I dread the next six weeks because we won't be participating in our usual family gatherings this year. Haven't seen some of those folks since last Christmas, and it hurts to know that we will be lucky to see them again at Easter.

    1. Christmas and Thanksgiving are going to be a little sad and lonely this year. I was sad when my cousin had to cancel his Halloween party, even though I totally agreed with his decision. Oh, well. Covid won't last forever. (I hope.)

    1. That's sort of what I'm afraid of, too. At least not until they're able to roll the vaccines out to everyone.

  4. Maybe the turkey is happy at least?

  5. It's definitely going to be a weird holiday season. But, hopefully better things ahead in 2021!

  6. I think 2020 has been a crappy year, but this T-shirt did make me smile. Gotta have a laugh where you can get it and look at the bright side, right? Hope you have a fun holiday despite all the craziness. :)

  7. I think both! I love Thanksgiving but it's going to be hard this year with limitations, and of course 2020 has been a mess! :)

    1. 2020 has been a mess! Our Thanksgiving is going to be really small this year. More turkey for us, I guess. :)

  8. I've had enough of 2020, too. I'm really hoping 2021 will be better. :)

  9. My husband, daughter and I tend not to do anything really big for Thanksgiving as it is and so it will be a typical Thanksgiving for us. I do feel for those though who are used to the bigger family get togethers who will not be able to do that this year. I'm more thinking ahead to Christmas and wondering if I will be able to see my mom at all. I am not sure things will change that much between now and then. :-(

    1. I don't see things changing much before Christmas either sadly. :(

    1. That's very true! This year I've been thankful for my food storage and a comfortable home to hide out in. ;D

  11. This year is a crappy year. :( I'm definitely looking forward to 2021 and I hope it'd be a better year for everyone!

  12. A lot of people seem to think that the virus vaccine is the magic cure but no vaccine is 100%. People get flu after a flu jab as there are different strains and I expect the same with Covid sadly.

    1. It's true, no vaccine is 100% effective. But I'd take a vaccine that's 90% effective any day of the week, which is what the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines seem to be showing. Of course, it'll take most of next year to get everyone vaccinated. Sigh. Can we just fast forward until then?
