I can never seem to narrow my list of favorite reads down to just 10. So this year I decided to divide my list into two parts, and post my 12 Favorite 5-star Romance Reads of 2024 today. Here they are:
The Rom-Commers by Katherine Center
Romancing the Grump by Jenny Proctor
Loyally, Luke by Pepper Basham
Love, Naturally by Sophie Sullivan
A Season on the Wind by Suzanne Woods Fisher
Miles Bailey Gets Down on One Knee by Jen Atkinson
Bride by Ali Hazelwood
Love on Camera by Dana LeCheminant
Until Next Summer by Ali Brady
One Last Play by Annah Conwell
Under Your Spell by Laura Wood
The Christmas You Found Me by Sarah Morgenthaler
I loved all of these books for their enchanting romances, appealing characters & happy endings.
Happy Reading!
I'm glad you enjoyed so many of your romance reads this year, Lark! It's always nice when a book has a happy ending.
ReplyDeleteI like them. And I've needed that kind of positive and happy feeling from my books this year. :D
DeleteNon conosco nessuno di questi libri, ma รจ anche vero che le letture di tipo romantico non sono tra le mie preferite
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment! :D
DeleteI don't generally read books that would be classified as romance novels, but perhaps I need to broaden my reading horizons and include some in 2025.
ReplyDeleteThey make me smile and sometimes I just need a book that warms the heart. I like to read them in between other more suspenseful or 'deeper' books. :D
DeleteI really liked The Rom-Commers and Until Next Summer too! And my library hold for The Christmas You Found Me just came in, so that should be up next for me. I see a few here that look really good -- maybe for my 2025 reading!
ReplyDeleteHope you end up loving The Dhristmas You Found Me as much as I did! It's such a heartwarming read. :D
DeleteThanks for this list Lark. I would like to explore romance fiction a bit ore in 2025 and I'm thinking of trying out Under Your Spell and it's available on kindle unlimited. Hope you are having a great Holiday
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed Under Your Spell a lot. I'd also highly recommend Katherine Center...especially her books Things You Save in a Fire, The Bodyguard, and The Rom-Commers. Courtney Walsh and Sarah Adams are also two favorite authors of mine. I love their romances. :D
DeleteGreat list. I'm glad you found so many good reads.
ReplyDeleteI got lucky, that's for sure.
DeleteSo many great books! I loved Loyally, Luke. Romancing the Grump is on my TBR list. Happy New Year! :D
ReplyDeleteTwo of my favs! :D
DeleteI have The Rom-Commers on my shelf to read in 2025. Hope to get to it soon. Several others here have also caught my eye. I don't read too much romance, but....we shall see...ha!
ReplyDeleteI like that they read fast and they're a nice change from the more suspenseful mysteries and thrillers I also like to read. And they're addictive, too. :D
DeleteAny romance story with a hockey guy is probably best. :-) Hope there's more in 2025.
ReplyDeleteI hope so, too! I love hockey romances. :D
DeleteKatherine Center is on my authors to read this year list for 2025 and I'm so looking forward to picking up something by her. This is such a great list! I'm taking notes!
ReplyDeleteI've loved several of her books...I recommend starting with her later ones, not her early ones.
DeleteGreat list! I see several of my favorites on it as well :)
ReplyDeleteProbably because they're books you recommended on your blog first! ;D
