Top Ten Tuesday is a fun weekly meme hosted by Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl.
This week's theme is a LOVE FREEBIE.
So, I decided to look back at my past February posts and reviews and choose ten that I loved.
π A Bookish Valentine
(This was the first list of favorite romances that I ever posted all the way back in 2013.)
(A 2014 post I wrote about organizing books and the different ways we do it.)
(2015: one of my posts of favorite first lines from recent reads.)
π Forever Interrupted
(A favorite February read from 2016)
(2017...because no favorites list is complete without a book about a bookshop! And I did really like this book.)
(2018. I love this list!)
(A TTT post I did back in 2019.)
π Touching the Void
(An outstanding nonfiction read from 2020.)
(One of my favorite buddy reads with Melody from 2021.)
(Another TTT post from 2023 where I list 10 of my favorite romances.)
Happy Reading!
I love it.

DeleteAwesome round-up! It's really fun to look back at a selection of posts from across the years like this. And it's so nice to see The Readers of Broken Wheel Recommend get a mention! Such a lovely book, but I haven't thought about it in a while.
ReplyDeleteIt was so good. Seeing my review of it made me want to reread it. :D
DeleteI chose romances I liked also!
ReplyDeleteThey're a good choice for February!
DeleteThe Readers’ Bill of Rights is great! Thanks for stopping by earlier.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it good? I'd forgotten about it, so I was glad for the reminder. ;D
DeleteThis is a fun topic! I still want to read The Girl with the Louding Voice. Soon, I hope.
ReplyDeleteHere is our Top Ten Tuesday. Thank you!
It's so good! One of those books you won't soon forget. Thanks for commenting!
DeleteLoved Beauty by Robin McKinley (from your 2013 post). I'm going to check out The Readers of Broken Wheel Recommend, because I signed up for Susan's Bookish Books reading challenge this year. Touching the Void is still one that catches my attention. I probably need to sign up for some non-fiction to finally read some of these that you've featured, lol! Great TTT, Lark! :)
ReplyDeleteBeauty is one of my most favorite books. :D And I really enjoyed The Readers of Broken Wheel Recommend. It's a great one for Susan's Bookish books reading challenge.
DeleteThis was fun, Lark! Thanks for pointing us back to some of your posts from February's in the past.
ReplyDeleteIt was fun to look back and see the posts I used to write...I think I was more creative back when I first started.
DeleteI love that you decided to share old posts! This week's prompt left it pretty open and I've enjoyed seeing the different responses.
ReplyDeleteI felt like I'd done lists of favorite romances and love stories before, so I didn't want to do yet another one. But I also needed something easy...so old posts it was! ;D
DeleteOh I loved These Happy Golden Years. Isn't that the one were Laura gets married? I think I might reread the whole Little House on the Prairie series.
ReplyDeleteThat is the one where Laura gets married! It's my favorite of the bunch. :D
DeleteSo fun! Another blogger (Deb) did something similar to this :)
ReplyDeleteI just needed to do something besides write yet another post of favorite romance reads...not that I don't love those lists; I've just done that kind of post before, you know?
DeleteLove this idea! You went way back π
ReplyDelete:D It was fun to see what I blogged about when I first started.
DeleteSuch a clever idea to look through the archives!
ReplyDeleteIt's been fun looking back and seeing what I was reading and posting over the years. :D
DeleteThis is so much fun! I love the Reader's Bill of Rights! :D
ReplyDeleteI love it, too! :D
DeleteTouching The Void has a great cover.
ReplyDeleteIt's a pretty amazing story.
DeleteMore titles for my "want to read' list.
ReplyDelete:D Always glad to help.
DeleteI enjoyed your posts from previous years; that is a great idea. I especially like the post about organizing books, and the Reader's Bill of Rights.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I had fun doing those posts the first time around, and looking back at them this TTT. :D
DeleteWhat a great idea! It's fun to take a stroll down memory lane with old posts. The Girl With the Louding Voice is one of my favorite books. :-) And I love your Reader's Bill of Rights. Thank you for sharing!
