This week's Top Ten list? The Last 10 Books You Abandoned.
But I decided to tweak it just a bit. My 10 "Abandoned" books are ones I actually still hope to read sometime in the near future. Do any look good to you?
1. Abandon by Blake Crouch
2. Sheer Abandon by Penny Vincenzi
3. Abandoned by Cody McFadyen
4. Abandon by Stephanie Dorman
5. Tears of Abandon by Oliver Phipps
6. Abandon by Carla Neggers
7. Abandoned by C.J. Petit
8. Garden of the Lost and Abandoned by Jessica Yu
9. The Abandoned Orphanage by John Carter
10. Abandoned by Allison Brennan
Happy Reading!
Wow I didn't realise just how many books had "abandoned" in the title. Some interesting looking reads in there.
ReplyDeleteThey do look kind of fun, don't they? Thanks for commenting!
DeleteWell, that's another way to do this theme!
ReplyDeleteYeah...I didn't really have a good list of recently abandoned books, so... I went in this direction instead. :) Thanks for commenting!
DeleteI hope you enjoy all of these books! What a creative twist.
ReplyDeleteMy TTT .
Thanks, Lydia. :)
DeleteVery creative list this week! I would probably go with Blake Crouch's book first. I've enjoyed his last couple releases. My second choice would have to be The Abandoned Orphanage because that just sounds creepy!
ReplyDeleteCrouch is my first choice...and I agree, the Abandoned Orphanage does sound really creepy...which is why it's on the list. :)
DeleteVery clever. Who knew there were so many books with ABANDON in the title? Books I've Abandoned
ReplyDeleteI certainly didn't until I started looking up possible reads. (And I only chose a few of what's out there.)
DeleteHow funny! I'm fairly certain that I've read the book with Cody McFadyen as the author. I know I read at least a book or two by him. Many years ago. Hope you enjoy these and this was quite creative!
ReplyDeleteThanks. I thought it was a fun way to do this theme.
DeleteI love your twist on the topic! I had no idea there were so many "Abandoned" books. :)
ReplyDeleteI didn't either. :D
DeleteFun twist on the topic! I almost did a list of my favorite books set in abandoned places, but I couldn't come up with very many. If I can kick my brain into gear, maybe I'll do that list sometime in the future. I love abandoned places as a setting!
ReplyDeleteI love Blake Crouch, so I'm all in for ABANDON. I hadn't heard of it before, but I just put it on my Goodreads TBR list. It sounds awesome.
Happy TTT!
I love abandoned places as a setting for a book, too. :D
DeleteThe one with the wolf because the cover's lovely. :-)
ReplyDeleteDoesn't that one look good?
DeleteHa, ha! Nice twist on the theme.
ReplyDelete:D Thanks1
DeleteOh yes, Abandoned by Allison Brennan! You need to read the Max Revere series for sure!
ReplyDeleteIt does sound like a really good series! :)
DeleteI like the positive twist you put on this week's theme! It's great that you're considering reading these again. Abandoned by Cody McFadyen seems interesting.
ReplyDeleteHere's my TTT list.
That one looks good to me, too. :)
DeleteThat's a good twist! I didn't realise that there are so many books with that title. :)
ReplyDelete:D Me, either.
DeleteWho would have thought there were so many books with that title! Great way to do the meme!
ReplyDeleteAnd I only picked the books that sounded good to me; there are a lot more 'abandoned' books out there that I didn't put on this list. :)
DeleteI like your twist on the topic this week! I haven't read any of these books but I do know of Blake Crouch!
ReplyDeleteHis book sounds like it could be really good.
DeleteVery clever twist on the prompt!
ReplyDelete:D I didn't have a long list of abandoned books to draw from so I had to get a little creative.
DeleteLOL! I LOVE what you did with this one! So clever!
ReplyDeleteThank you! :D
DeleteWhat a perfect twist. Awesome job!
ReplyDeleteThanks! :D
DeleteI love your twist on the theme! Were all of these really on your TBR list? Wow!
ReplyDeleteA weird, but lucky coincidence! :)
