It's an eclectic mix...but then I am an eclectic reader.

2. Soulless by Gail Carriger

4. Highland Fling by Katie Fforde

8. Blackberry Wine by Joanne Harris
9. Wreckers by George Ellis
10. Emily Hudson by Melissa Jones
Bonus book:
The Awkward Age by Henry James
Happy Reading!

Lost is a great book - one of the best in the Lacey Flint series, I think! That's the only one I've read from your list.
ReplyDeleteLost is one of her best! And one of my favs. :D I think I first heard about Bolton's books reading your blog. So, thanks!
DeleteSome of the authors are familiar to me.
ReplyDelete:D
DeleteWhat a fun mix! The only one I've read is Soulless, but I think I picked up a copy of Blackberry Wine years ago too!
ReplyDeleteBlackberry Wine is my second favorite Joanne Harris novel. (Coastliners is the first.)
DeleteI love a good eclectic mix! I haven't read any of these, but at least some are familiar, if only by the author's name: Henry James, Gail Carriger (I own that book; I just haven't read it yet), Stieg Larsson, James Rollins.
ReplyDeleteMy selection ended up pretty eclectic, too... but maybe not as much so.
I really enjoy James Rollins' novels. They're full of action and adventure. And Carriger's Soulless series is full of magic and werewolves and lots of humor. :D
DeleteWhat a great mix of books! I really enjoyed Soulless. :D
ReplyDeleteIt's such a fun book. I love the humor in it!
DeleteThat looks like an interesting mix. I've only read number three on your list but it appears, as you describe, eclectic.
ReplyDeleteI like all kinds of genres and all kinds of books. Now if only I had more time to read. ;D
DeleteLark, I like that you're an eclectic reader. I am too!! I love the cover for Blackberry Wine!! I've been meaning to read Soulless by Gail Carriger.
ReplyDeleteBoth are very good books imo. Very different from each other, but two I love.
DeleteThe only one I've heard of is The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo! A great selection though :)
ReplyDeleteHere's my TTT - https://justreadjessie.blog/2025/11/04/top-ten-tuesday-the-first-10-books-i-randomly-grabbed-from-my-shelves/
:D Thanks for commenting!
DeleteThese are all new to me books.
ReplyDeleteThey're all books I own and have read. Which is unusual for me when doing a TTT post.
DeleteI've heard so much about The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, but I still haven't read it. Happy Tuesday, Lark!
ReplyDeleteThe Girl With the Dragon Tattoo is such a good thriller. I didn't love the two that followed as much, but that first one was a 5-star read for me.
DeleteI can usually rely on Katie Fforde to entertain me. I can't remember if I've read A Highland Fling.

DeleteSoulless! I loved that one way back
ReplyDeleteMe, too. I ended up buying that whole series. :D
DeleteI really love reading, and I just came across this awesome blog. I’ll definitely be back soon! Nice to meet you my friend. Greetings from Indonesia.
ReplyDeleteNice list, Lark. I haven't read The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo yet either. Thanks for sharing and for visiting my blog.
