Top Ten Tuesday is a fun weekly meme hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.
This week's theme is a HALLOWEEN FREEBIE. So I decided to go with Books With October in the Title. Mostly because I've already done the other months, and because I was feeling a little lazy.
Here they are:
October Kiss by Kristen Ethridge
The October List by Jeffery Deaver
The October Man by Ben Aaronovitch
The October Boys by Adam Millard
October Skies by Alex Scarrow
October Song by Beverly Lewis
October 32 by Larry Rodness
October Light by John Gardner
October's Gone by Sean Platt and David Wright
Mr. October by Bethany Weaver
Happy Reading!
Great picks.

:D Thank you!
DeleteI'd been thinking about that idea but I didn't find a single book with the word October in it. LOL Well, I found another twist.
ReplyDeleteMy TTT this week is a Top Thirteen of songs that can be played at Halloween.
I like your TTT twist this week; you found lots of good songs.
DeleteI'm happy that you liked it. Yes, there are so many great songs out there.
DeleteWhat a fun twist! I can't help but also think of The Hunt for Red October.
ReplyDeleteHave a fun Halloween!
Elza Reads
That would fit perfectly on this list! :D
DeleteWhat a fun idea, who would've thought there were so many October books. Happy Halloween.
ReplyDeleteThanks for commenting! :D
DeleteWhat a cool theme - I can't believe I haven't read any of these titles! SAD
ReplyDeleteI haven't read any of them either, but there are several that are now on my TBR list. :D
DeleteIt's so fun seeing all the different kinds of books with October in the title. Great list! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Ashley. It was fun seeing what kinds of books were out there with October in the title.
DeleteWhat a great idea for a topic. I didn't have time to put together a TTT post this week but I've been enjoying seeing what everyone chose to share. :)
ReplyDeleteSome weeks are like that. Then there are the weeks I can't seem to figure out even where to begin for that particular TTT topic. ;D
DeleteOh I like how you did this! There's just something about October anyway.
ReplyDeleteThere is! And these covers are a lot of fun.
Deletei love your theme! My Halloween TTT
ReplyDeleteThank you. And thanks for commenting! :D
DeleteI don't think this is lazy at all! I love when you do these posts. I don't have any books on my TBR with October in the title!!
ReplyDeleteI didn't either before making this list...but now I have several! ;D
DeleteOctober is a fun title word. I didn't think there would be so many.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad there were. It made this list a lot of fun for me to do. :D
DeleteHappy October! October's Gone looks interesting and ominous all at once!
ReplyDeleteDoesn't it? I think I'd like to read that one. :)
DeleteI love the cover of "October Kiss."
ReplyDeleteIt's a beautiful cover. Makes me want to check out the book.
DeleteI never realized there were so many books with October in the title!

It's kind of crazy, isn't it? :D
DeleteI'm so impressed your found 10 books with October in the Title.
ReplyDeleteAnd there were more to choose from if I'd wanted to include children's books. :)
DeleteI never seem to notice months in book titles until you point them out. Great list!
ReplyDeleteHappy TTT!
Thanks, Susan! It's been fun to see all the different books that are out there with that month in their title.
DeleteMonths in book titles are quite common, aren't they? :) Some of those books look intriguing.
ReplyDeleteIt's surprising really how often months are used in titles. It'll be interesting to see if that's true for months like January or March. ;D
DeleteOoh, very creative twist! And I think all of these are new to me, so thank you for sharing them.
ReplyDeleteMost of these were new to me, too. :D
DeleteDidn't know there were so many titles with October in it. I like the look of October Kiss, very fall-like and I'm curious about The October List. Nice take on the freebie!
ReplyDeleteI'm a little curious about both of those books, too. :D
DeleteHow cool. Great list.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Mary. :)
DeleteI spy a couple that grab my eye. :) Great idea, Lark!
ReplyDeleteThanks. It was a fun list to make. :D
DeleteCool topic! Mr. October looks like a fun one. :)
ReplyDeleteI think it looks like a fun read, too. :D
DeleteExcellent list! And good spin on the topic!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteWho knew there were so many October books?? I don't think I've actually read any books with October in the title, although my very favorite urban fantasy series is the October Daye series, so I suppose that counts! Oh, oops, just realized I'm wrong -- I've read The Hunt for Red October (ages ago), and I'm doing a reread of A Night in the Lonesome October! Fun list. :)
ReplyDeleteI should have put Hunt For Red October on this list!
DeleteGreat list of books you have here.
ReplyDeleteThank you! And thanks for commenting. :D
DeleteMr. October looks so cute.
ReplyDeleteIt does look really cute, doesn't it? :D
DeleteI'm not sure I could have come up with a single book with October in the title and would never have guessed there was such a variety!
ReplyDeleteIt's kind of amazing how many authors do choose to use the name of a month in the title of their book. I kind of like it. :D
DeleteI love books with October in the title! It's always a fun TTT topic too! I read October, October by Katya Balen as part of Carnegie and quite liked it, but that's the only one I can think of with October in the title! I feel so bad because I just found a comment on a previous TTT of mine from you and it had ended up in my spam so I hadn't replied or even seen it. I am so sorry! Great list though!

So many comments are ending up in spam these days! It's annoying, but what can you do? :D
DeleteFun list! October is my favorite month, so I'm happy to see all the October books.
ReplyDeleteI thought it was fun how many different ones there are with October in the title! :D
